Instructional Frameworks
Clear expectations. Proven strategies. Consistent instruction across every classroom in Morgan County Schools.
Our Instructional Foundation
In Morgan County Schools, our instructional approach is built on strong Tier I classroom practices. We believe that the most effective way to improve student outcomes is through high-quality, engaging, standards-based instruction delivered consistently across all classrooms.
Our work is guided by the Five to Thrive framework, supported by research from Marzano and Hattie, and grounded in the Alabama Course of Study. These frameworks provide clarity and consistency while allowing teachers the flexibility to meet the needs of their students.
