  • The Culinary Arts Academy is a place for students who have a passion for food and a desire to thrive in culinary talent showcases. Students enrolled in the Culinary Arts Academy will explore exciting career options in the foodservice industry and receive specialized training in one of today's most sought after career fields.  

     

    Courses Offered:

    Freshmen (1 hour): Hospitality and Tourism (prerequisite to Culinary Arts)

    First Year: Culinary Arts I and II

    Second Year: Event Planning, Baking and Pastry Arts  

    Third Year: Entrepreneurship, Senior Pathway Project
